About Me

With over 15 years of experience as a professional home inspector—and a lifelong background in the construction trades—Brent Mallory brings expert knowledge and care to every inspection. Growing up in Southern California, he learned the building trade hands-on, gaining a deep understanding of how homes are built and maintained. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management from Oregon Institute of Technology, combining technical expertise with professional service.

For the past 20 years, Brent has proudly called the Astoria and Seaside area home, where he lives with his family and pets. North Coast homes face unique challenges like heavy rains, salty air, and coastal winds—and Brent knows how to spot them. Using modern tools, he delivers thorough, accurate inspections.

Brent takes the time to explain every finding in plain, easy-to-understand language. Whether in person or over the phone, he ensures clients have the knowledge to make confident decisions about their investment.

When he isn’t inspecting homes, Brent enjoys fishing, camping, and cheering on his kids at baseball and soccer games. A lifelong football fan (Go Packers!), he also enjoys connecting with his community and exploring the Oregon Coast outdoors.
